This website supports both the online portion and  the in-person portion sections required for certification.  You must purchase and complete both the online material and the in-person class, and pass both the exam and live instruction to receive certification. Passing or failing the live in-person portion is at the discretion of the RN providing the class.  All bookings purchased through ivcertify.com are nonrefundable. You may reschedule the class one time only at no additional charge/fee by contacting Ivcert 48 hours prior to the initial date selected. Failure to contact us to reschedule the class within the 48-hour time frame will result in forfeiture of the class and you will be required to re-purchase the class for another attempt. Failing the in-person class will also require you to re-purchase the class for another attempt.  All in-person classes will be overseen by a registered nurse with a license in the state of Florida. Students must show proficiency in skill and technique to receive the required signature on their skills check list sheet. This class does not teach you about specific policies for specific facilities. This is a generalized class that uses evidence-based practice for IV insertion. Class dates, times, and locations may vary.
