Ivcert offers both a complete IV Certification Program (online coursework + instructor-led hands-on skills validation) and an online-only program requiring independent RN skills validation. Successful completion of all required coursework, examinations, and skills competency is necessary to meet Florida Board of Nursing requirements. Students choosing the online-only option are solely responsible for arranging a qualified RN to complete their skills checklist. All course purchases are non-refundable. Hands-on sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice; missed sessions, 2 failed attempts at the post test, or unsuccessful skills attempts require a new registration fee. This course provides general, evidence-based IV therapy education and does not replace employer-specific policies, procedures, or competency requirements.
